Welcome Crestwood Napa County MRT!

We are excited to announce that as of December 31, 2023 we are now providing mobile crisis services through our Crestwood Napa County Mobile Response Team (MRT), located at our Crestwood Napa County CSS. This is Crestwood’s first MRT program and it is in partnership with Napa County Health and Human Services. The MRT program provides crisis services during identified hours as part of a 24-hour crisis response continuum of care. The MRT’s goal is to de-escalate the crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and resources.

Welcome San Luis Obispo CO PHF to Crestwood!

We are excited to announce that Crestwood assumed operations of the San Luis Obispo County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), located at 2178 Johnson Avenue in San Luis Obispo, on July 1 at 12:01am! The San Luis Obispo County PHF is funded through a partnership with the County of San Luis Obispo Behavioral Health and is our seventh PHF program. The PHF has 16 beds dedicated to San Luis Obispo County persons served and provides much-needed mental-health services for those who are experiencing a mental health crisis.

We are also pleased to introduce our new Administrator for the San Luis Obispo County PHF, Lauren Biles, MSW, ACSW, who comes to us with 16 years of behavioral health experience in a variety of settings.

After we assume operations of the PHF on July 1, the next step is to start the renovations and transformation of the campus into our Crestwood homelike and trauma-informed environment.

A huge Thank You to our amazing, dedicated and talented start-up team who have worked so hard and spent the past month in San Luis Obispo to conduct the New Employee Orientation (NEO) for the campus staff. It truly takes a village to bring a new campus into our Crestwood family and we want to express our deepest gratitude and thanks to everyone involved!

Please join us in welcoming the San Luis Obispo County PHF staff and campus to our Crestwood family!
